All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, notes, videos, and assignments, are the intellectual property of Apex Skill Zone. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Apex Skill Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes upon course completion.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
